PortBay
Port bay is home to the Castle Apartments, the spa and health center and most importantly, the Almaza Marina. It had beachfront and a yacht marina. There are also the Boardwalk Apartments that over look the marina and the sea.
Mid Bay
The Health, Spa and Beauty Hotel connects Mid Bay to the Spa Areas in Port Bay. But Mid Bay has much more to offer as well the Almaza Hotel and Club Hotel are both along the Mid Bay coast.
WestBay
The West Bay area will be mostly residential surrounded by picturesque gardens and a peaceful atmosphere. Around the lagoon, the company will build marina villas and apartments.
East Bay
