Our Traditional stone house is more than 100 years old, located on 1300 meters above the sea. It is 30 minutes drive from Jounieh,a city on the coast. It is yearly well maintained with my own personal surveyance.
You can drive 25 minutes to the beach downward, or go upward to reach laqlouq mountain or even Bekaa valley and Syria boarders with less than 45 minutes drive.
The house is about 200 meters square from inside.
It has 3 large bedrooms and every bedroom has two large windows (much light).
The house has three entrances and 9 large windows.
It is very sunny, healthy and aerated.
It has 200 meters square terrace and 1800 meters garden.
The garden has a well done, neat fence all around it and is full of pine trees, fruits and whole house is surrounded with a fence.
