Abraj Al Lulu, also known as The Pearl Towers, is a freehold apartment development being built in the in Seef district of Bahrain's capital city Al Manama. The BHD 95 million (US$ 252 million) project will contain three tower located next to the Lulu (pearl) roundabout. It will cover an area of 18.6 thousand square meters (200 thousand square feet) and was designed by a group of architects (Jafar Tukan, Cowi Al Moayed and Habib Mudara).
Abraj Al Lulu's three freehold residential towers are named Gold Pearl Tower, Silver Pearl Tower and Black Pearl Tower. Gold Pearl Tower and Silver Pearl Tower will rise 200 meters (656 feet), have 50-storeys and offer 1 to 3 bedroom apartments from 1,059 to 1,831 square feet (93 to 170 square meters). Black Pearl Tower will rise 160 meters (525 feet), have 40-storeys, and offer 3 and 4 bedroom apartments from 2,121 to 2,896 square feet (197 to 269 square meters). There will be a total of 860 apartment units and each tower will also contain 4 two-floor, 4-bedroom penthouses covering 3,660 square feet (340 square meters).
Amenities at Abraj Al Lulu include double height reception, 4 high-speed elevators, swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, sun deck, children's pool and play area, health spa, barbecue kitchen, cinema lounge, recreation room, squash courts, advanced safety system, conference room and business center on the ground floor, electronic proxy card system, restaurants, shopping and retail outlets, and four storey car park accommodating over 1,100 cars.
Abraj Al Lulu will be located close to the Bahrain Financial Harbour (BFH) and the Al Futtain City Center. It will also be located 8.5 kilometers (5 miles) from Bahrain International Airport. Bahrain-based Shamil Bank is providing Islamic home financing to buyers.
