Each villa is being constructed on a land plot that measures 241m2 and consists of a separate kitchen and living room, four bedrooms (three on the first floor and one on the top floor), as well as two bathrooms, one with a Jacuzzi and each with a shower and a toilet. One of the showers is combined with a bath. The villas have a ground floor patio, three balconies and a sun terrace. The size of the patio and sun terrace is inclusive of the size of each villa.
