The International Tehran Tower is bound to the north by Yousef Abad , to the south By Hakim Expressway, to the east by Kordestan Expressway and to the west by Sheikh Bahai Expressway, all of which facilitate access to various parts of the city.
Appealing to the principle of vertical residence and stemming the horizontal expansion if the City, the Tehran international tower is being built on 35,000 square meters site with total area of 220,000 square meters. There are 43 studio units, 172 two-bedroom units, 313 three bedroom units, 16 four bedroom units, 11 triplex penthouses and 17 commercial duplex units.
