 The EMP Advisers team just got back from attending the Worldwide Property Show in Grand Hyatt, Dubai. The exhibition was flowing with visitors according to the organizers that estimated the total number at around 5,500 people. This only comes to prove the rapid economic growth that UAE is experiencing. The Middle East property market is booming due to rising oil prices, constant population growth and a government plan directed towards improving the services sector and increasing tourist numbers.
EMP Advisers team returned from the show with 920 leads generated, all of them people that expressed an interest in buying property in the near future. The majority was interested in UAE (540), Thailand (100), Romania(98), Egypt(90) and Cyprus(40).
